As part of the increase my energy regiment, I recommended to start exercising. My self I have taken on jogging. I have found that the 30 minutes every other day has given me much mental clarity and just a positive attitude. I am kinda disappointed I have only discovered this last week. The challenge now is that I don't push myself too hard and get injured or just generally burned out.
Also I am trying to stay disciplined by maintaing a jogging log, I am publishing it here as well.
